Welcome to Emberkind. These Terms govern the sale and delivery of our commercial sauna units and related services. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:
1. Who We Are
Emberkind Ltd designs, builds and supplies commercial sauna units to landowners, glamping operators, venues and other professional clients. We do not operate membership clubs, spas or public facilities.
2. Quotes & Orders
- All prices, technical details, specifications and lead times are confirmed in writing.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- An order is confirmed once we receive written acceptance and/or a deposit.
If we need to revise a quote (e.g., supplier cost changes), we will always review it with you first.
3. Payment Terms
- A 30% deposit is required to secure your order.
- A 30% stage payment is due halfway through the build. (ie. at 6-8 weeks)
- The final payment is due just prior to delivery.
- Payment schedules may vary depending on model or customisation.
- Late or incomplete payments may delay build or delivery.
VAT is applicable.
4. Lead Times
- Current lead times are displayed on the product pages, which are normally around 12-16 weeks.
- More accurate timelines are provided at the time the order is placed.
- Production may be affected by material availability, supplier capacity or industry conditions.
- We will of course keep you informed at every stage.
5. Delivery, Access & Installation
- Our saunas are built on a trailer bed, which will be towed by us to your site. This makes for very convenient access to most locations.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate vehicle access to the installation site.
- Good access, level bases, and environmental considerations must be met before we deliver.
- If our team encounters site constraints, additional work may need to incur charges.
- Final safety checks and commissioning are carried out on installation where applicable.
Full installation guidance is always provided.
6. Planning & Local Regulations
We recommend all buyers:
- confirm local planning requirements.
- comply with any health/safety, fire or electrical regulations.
- ensure commercial use is permitted on their land.
Responsibility for meeting local regulations sits with the customer. We are happy to provide technical info to support planning discussions.
7. Ownership & Risk
- Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.
- Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or installation.
8. Warranty & Maintenance
- Manufacturer warranties apply to heaters, structural elements and electrical components.
- Warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, lack of maintenance, extreme environmental conditions or unauthorised modifications.
- Maintenance schedules are provided and should be followed accurately.
We offer servicing support, replacements and upgrades at any time.
9. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable once production or procurement has begun.
- Changes after build commencement may not be possible.
- Exceptional cases will be considered at our discretion.
- All of our saunas are made-to-order and therefore refunds are not possible.
- In the very unlikely event that you are not happy with your new sauna we will work closely with you to remedy the situation.
10. Liability
Emberkind is not liable for:
- site-based accidents or damage.
- disruption caused by unsuitable foundations, access, electrics or drainage.
- revenue loss or missed earnings from downtime.
- planning, licensing, insurance or operational compliance.
Units must be used safely, responsibly and in accordance with our guidance.
11. Data Privacy
We collect only the information required to communicate and fulfil orders. More details are in our Privacy Policy.
12. Updates to Terms
Updates will be posted on our website. The version agreed at the point of order applies to your purchase.
